A4Tool allows you to publish official company policies directly to the portal, ensuring all employees have easy access to them.
- Navigate to Settings in the sidebar.
- Click on Policies or Zero Tolerance Policies.
- Click Add Policy.
- Provide a Title and upload the policy Document (usually a PDF).
- Select whether this is a general policy or a strict Zero-Tolerance rule.
- Click Publish.
- Once published, these documents are available on the employee dashboard. Employees can acknowledge them digitally.
