The Settings module allows Workspace Organizers and Admins to configure global settings for the entire A4Tool instance.
Who can access it:
The Settings module allows Workspace Organizers and Admins to configure global settings for the entire A4Tool instance.
- Primary Organizer and Administrators.
- Navigate to Settings in the sidebar.
- Select General Settings or SMTP Settings.
- Under General Settings, you can update the Company Name, Registration Number, and the primary Contact Phone.
- Under SMTP Settings, you can configure custom email delivery so that all automated emails (like payslips and welcome invites) are sent from your own corporate domain rather than the default A4Tool mail server. You will need to provide the SMTP Server, Username, Password, and Domain.
