Encourage your employees to help recruit top talent by using the internal referral system.
- Navigate to Referrals in the sidebar.
- When an active Job Opening is published, employees can see it on their dashboard.
- An employee can click Refer a Candidate.
- They must provide the candidate's Name, Email, Phone, and upload their Resume.
- The HR team will see the candidate in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), tagged with the referring employee's name.
- You can set up policies (via General Settings) to offer referral bonuses if the candidate is successfully hired and completes their probation.
